Do Tell
To put it simply, we are a group dedicated to changing how and what we build. As demands for resources increase, and the pressures on existing infrastructure, it is critical we address the methods for how we build.

Our approach centers on the building lifecycle to evaluate the entire life a building, or space, to capture total cost and total value. We frame all of our approach to our solutions around this core concept.
Who are we?
Right now, we are a team of one. Sean Farrell, myself, are the sole developer, owner, and doer. As things progress and we move in to our other business lines, the team will expand. Our goal is to establish a firm consulting base in which to serve our clients and modernize their business, and or add value and service to their clients in turn.
Context
The AEC industry is the most unproductive of all industries. Methodologies of constructions have hardly evolved in the last 100 years. Nearly 40% of all construction is considered waste. In an industry valued upwards of 10+ trillion dollars, and an energy footprint in the united states at 40% of all consumption, it is not only a challenge, but an opportunity to do something different.
We have dedicated our career and focus to these topics. Our fates, those of our children, and all future generations are predicated on the longevity of our natural world. The natural world is us, it is in our hands to be stewards of its continued persistence.
